Tied up

I've had a real busy schedule lately. Most of it's been at the VA hospital but fortunately, most of it wasn't for me. I have a buddy that's going through cancer, chemo and all the time that it takes to deal with that and I've had my own blood tests and catscan stuff going on at the same time.

Lots of things to write about but I'm simply beat up with fatigue and the time consuming demands that come when there's so much to do and so few to help do it. Hang with me and I'll get back on track soon.

In the Year 1187 Saladin Took Back Jerusalem

Now that we've gone back far enough to account for the actions and reasons there was even a call for a Crusade, let's fill in a few blanks.

The "Patterns of Interaction" stated that Saladin took back Jerusalem in 1187. Here's where more trouble begins and I'm sure you won't be surprised by naming the guy that started it all. Let me quote directly from the book.

"Eventually, Saladin and his Western Opponent King Richard I of England signed a Truce. Their agreement gave Jerusalem to the Muslims but granted Western Pilgrims access to Christian holy places".

If you hold on a second and try to connect the dots between the British and Saladin's murderers, you might begin to see that Israel wasn't mentioned. In addition to that, you may wonder why the English had any position to speak for the Christians or the Jews. I certainly do.

Having quoted these things above, I must add something that happened roughly 13 years after the so called Truce was in effect.  Being careful not to put my two cents in or impose my opinion, I'll go back and quote the statements found on page 281 of the "Patterns of Interaction". Here we go.

"The new threat to Turkish power was the Mongol army of conquest and destruction led by Genghis Khan. Early in the 1200s, Genghis Khan had forged his Mongol tribes into a unified force and conquered China".

The following is an important point as it will illustrate why the previous statements of "Inter-generational Violence" makes so much sense. Before I quote, please take note that we are all creatures of habit and products of our own environment. Here we go.

"In the course of their rampage west, the Mongol armies leveled any cities that dared to resist them. They slaughtered whole populations. In 1258, when Genghis's grandson Hulagu finally took Baghdad, he had tens of thousands of people killed. He burned down the caliph's palace. Mongol belief warned against the spilling of sacred blood so Hulagu executed the last Abbasid caliph by having him wrapped in a carpet and trampled to death by horses."

Emily Post would have loved that as they were so thoughtful in how they murdered the guy.

Having reported these things, I would like to close today's ramblings by making one last quote. The purpose is to bring you up to the 20th century so that you will be able to finally connect all the dots of the time line that still exists for the Israelis. Here we go.

"With untold brutality, Genghis Khan and his successors shaped the biggest land empire in history. The warrior Mongols, however, knew little about administering their territory. As a result, their vast empire crumbled in just a few generations. And out of the rubble the Mongol empire rose another group of Turks-The Ottomans. They would build an empire that lasted into the 20th century"

That's enough for me today so I'll close and continue with this tonight or tomorrow. I hope you are beginning to make some sense out of all this because, to me, it explains the foundations that produced so much trouble and the time lines that also explains why we are still dealing with it today and will, without a doubt, have to deal with it tomorrow.

There will be a test but I ain't the guy that's gonna give it.

Understanding and Accepting our Situation

I am quite pleased to report that the readership here is quite pleased with the current direction of these posts. I previously mentioned that we have a new guy on board named Joe. Like many of the readers here, Joe flew helicopters in Vietnam and has both a good education and personal experiences in war.

He is, like most of us, not very happy with a number of things that we Americans are having to endure and he commented that reading some of my ramblings was like finding an "oasis". Whether we don't like being muffled by political correctness or being bashed by calling some of our current citizenry Mother Stabbers and Father Rapers, Joe got the point from day one.

He and I have something in common and before I continue with the story line, I wanted to share it with you all. He turned down a trip to the Air Force Academy just like I turned down my appointment to West Point. We elected to go to flight school and fight the war before it was too late to go. Some of you may categorize us as really stupid for tossing away an education like that but other, more military minded readers, will certainly understand.

Having said that, especially the part about education, I would like to throw in a point or two about history and get us back on track.

I would like to work in reverse and continue moving back in time and provide you with the facts of history instead of the "media reports" about history and how it has nothing to do with today. First point regarding history having nothing to do with today is this: "That's bullshit". It has everything to do with today.

Since I've already covered the history of those idiots like Hitler and others who wanted to take over the world, I'll keep moving backward in time and show you how nothing has changed much with the history of Man except his geography.

We will soon be approaching 100 years of history written here and since Hitler and the Grand Mufti or Jerusalem actually started in the 1930's, one might say that stuff has been going on a long time. With the world wide war on terror, only a blind person would not see that it's still going on. To demonstrate that, let's keep going back in time to the beginning.

In order to demonstrate these things, please feel free to google McDougal Littell or the "World History, Patterns of Interaction". You can start off on page 281 for this point as it starts off with the year 1095. I realize that's a big jump from the 1930's but it makes a good point about how many years have passed since this particular act of terror existed.

The year 1095 marks the time when Pope Urban II launched the First Crusade. It's purpose was to drive the Turks out of Anatolia and recover Jerusalem. There's a point for you to ponder. It almost sounds like an excerpt from a press conference that could have been made by Benjamin Netanyahu.

That Crusade was 918 years back. They didn't have alot of Intel reports back then and there were friendlies killed then just like the friendly fire deaths that exist in all the wars I can think of. Since I don't want to cram too much opinion into one post, I will simply say this: The point here has to do with taking back Jerusalem, NOT Crusaders killing Jews, Arabs, or Turks.

I will take a break now and leave you with this one point about history and the time frames involved here. In the year 1187, Saladin took back Jerusalem. The key phrase here is "Took Back Jerusalem". If you will just connect the dots and try to set up a concept of thought that will lead you toward today's day and time, you'll begin to see that SHIT has been happening for well over 1,000 years at this point of reference. More to come.

Mother Stabbers and Father Rapers.

Sometimes you hafta go back to the songs of the sixties if you want to pull up some verses that describes certain members of our society. Alice's Restaurant can be found on google and you can listen to it if you want to get up to speed on the point I'm trying to make. If you haven't figured it out by now, I'm trying to make a point or two about people, places and things that relate to the "stuff" that's going on right now.

It's a shame but it appears to me that this appeasement thing is as bad or worse than this immigration thing that we're going through. If you ask me, one kinda begets another.

I wanted to make a blog entry as its' been a few days and we have another reader on board who is also a Vietnam veteran and helicopter pilot. Welcome aboard to Joe. More will follow this but it's Mardis Gras and I gotta haul it out of here before the traffic gets me.

I will return with more historical information and statistics about the immigration situation that you may find interesting.
